BOTTARGA CHILI FLAKES APPETIZER

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of chili flakes
  • 30 g thinly sliced bottarga

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Slice bottarga thinly, add a pinch of chili flakes and top it with extra virgin olive it. Let rest for a couple of hours and serve it on top of a piece of toasted bread.
